Cinnamon Snowflakes

 

Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Scissors

Directions

1. Mix together the cinnamon and powdered sugar. Set aside.

2. Gently fold each tortilla into quarters. Be careful not to crease them too hard.

3. Like paper snow flakes, use the scissors to cut out to a snowflake design.

4. Have a grown-up fry the snowflake tortilla in the butter until it is golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel.

5. Place the powdered sugar mixture in a small strainer and dust the top of the tortillas. Serve warm.
